I bought a 2014 F350 Flat deck from Novlans. I came from BC to get this truck, and there Sales Manager Brett, met me in Lloydminster to complete the deal, which was very convenient. Being an out of province vehicle that needed to go through an inspection here in BC, a few issues arose with the lighting on the flat deck. Novlan Bros. stepped up to the plate and compensated me for the required lighting, which I installed myself. I was having a few electrical issues doing so, and after talking with there Service Manager (Kevin), he was able to get me sorted out. Nice to know there is a knowledgeable fellow in charge should you need your vehicle worked on. There were a few hiccups with this truck deal, but in the end, I would recommend them. Kevin
